Even More Pike   Roman Lakes Junior Club member Daniel Walker aged 9 from Dukinfield with a ferocious looking pike weighing 8lb caught on float fished mackerel tail whilst on a special intensive pike angling coaching day

 

Junior club member Ben Lawton age 10 from Gee Cross with a Linear mirror carp weighing 15Ib, Ben managed to land the carp on very light tackle intended for roach fishing and christened his new rod in the process. Well, done Ben!!! 

It really is Pike Season

Saturday 15th January 2005 

Roman Lakes Junior Club member Thomas Whitehead 11, from Bredbury Stockport with his first ever pike of 6Ib caught using float tactics with a smelt dead bait. Thomas caught his best ever pike from the back water section of Roman Lakes Leisure Park, Marple, whilst under tuition from the resident professional coach.

Junior club member Lee Liversage from Denton with a 6Ib pike caught on a silver sprat dead bait.
