The area around Roman Lakes Leisure Park is entwined with tracks and footpaths allowing walks for all ages and abilities. The serious rambler can head uphill and to Mellor Moor and on to New Mills. For the casual walker the tracks and paths along the valley floor give easy but fascinating walks.
